VIP BUSINESS RESTAURANT PARTNER EAN CATERING LIMITED Lagos Nigeria Worked as Executive Chef & Director from Aug 2010 _ Till 2013 Nov In flight Catering, For Private Jets, roles includes • Responsible for all catering food and beverage operations on site at In-flight, whilst ensuring all undertakings are carried out in line with client expectations • Ensuring high standards of food high quality from point of purchase to meal preparation, cooking and services towards our clients and our VIP Lounge. • Involved in planning menus for the restaurant and special events within the company and external corporate clients. • Responsible for the catering of our corporate inflight services commercially and locally • negotiating contracts with customers, assessing their requirements and ensuring they are satisfied with the service delivered (in contract catering) • Liaising with suppliers and clients effectively on a daily basis to ensure stocks are up to date and also to ensure to meet client’s daily requirement. • Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed and followed by our professional teams at all times. • Recruiting and training, organizing, leading and motivating the catering team in order to achieve a positive goal • Responsible for the catering operation both domestically and internationally. • Lead the strategic direction of In-Flight catering in line with corporate objectives • Accountable for employee training and development, performance In-Flight catering services and VIP services respectively • Coordinates and ensure a smooth and professional service is being demonstrated in the Wings Restaurant (EAN Catering Limited) section of the company • Acquired the inflight catering license for private jets and commercial flights • Oversee all commercial, logistical and administrative relationships related to the sales of Inflight food and products to passengers.
