Experience of my Job

Experience of my Job Bilal Jamal Eddine is the Executive Chef at the Wings Restaurant. He has over 19 years’ experience in Hotel Management and catering nutrition food. Bilal holds a degree in Cooking Technology from College Van Gogh, Beirut, Lebanon and a Diploma in Cuisine Chef from the Hotel Management. He worked at the Spur Steak Ranches Restaurant, Johannesburg, South Africa where he was a chef and also trained to prepare and preserve assorted meat and a variety of sauces. He also worked at the Spring Restaurant, Romania Bucharest where he was a Chef in Oriental food. He later worked at the American University of Science & Technology, Lebanon Beirut. where he was a Chef catering to about 500 students and teachers of art food. Subsequently, he worked at the Kazakhstan Catering Company, Kazakhstan as an Executive Chef catering to on shore and off shore oil company workers as well as a Nutrition Chef at the Health Quest Catering Services, Abu Dhabi UAE. He recently worked in highly rated Restaurant in Nigeria - Bungalows Restaurant, Lagos as an Executive Chef.
